Final Paper Submission
If your abstract has been accepted, and you presented at the The 16th International Conference “Creativity & Culture” (CC2025), you are encouraged to submit a full paper via e-mail address: info@culcre.net, the subject of the letter: “CC2025: Final Paper”, for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings, which will be published online in the electronic periodical issue "Culture & Creativity" as part of the Vilnius University Open Series (https://www.journals.vu.lt/open-series).
Please send the final paper via e-mail: info@culcre.net by February 10, 2026, having thoroughly checked it for errors and formatted it accordingly to the Submission Guidelines below.
Important
- CC2025 accepts final paper submissions ONLY via email: info@culcre.net
- The final paper must be submitted as an MS Word file in DOC or DOCX format (PDF format is not accepted).
- Before submitting your final paper, please ensure that the English used is clear, concise, and coherent. This is especially important if English is not your first language.
Submission Guidelines for Authors
Download the Final Paper Guidelines and carefully follow the formatting instructions provided here.
Please format your Final Paper accordingly, following provided guidelines, style and paper template. Papers that do now follow these guidelines will be returned for editing.
Article Structure
Your paper should be compiled in the following order:
Title. Provide a concise and informative title.
Abstract. Present the essence and value of the study; not exceeding 300 words.
Keywords. Up to 5 keywords separated by semicolons that reflect the main aspects of the article.
Introduction. Present the relevance, objectives, background/motivation for the study and a concise summary of the results.
The main text. The structure may vary, depending on the specifics of a study. However, empirical studies typically should include (but not be limited to) sections of literature analysis, methodology, results, discussion and conclusions. Findings should be clear and concise.
Appendices (if needed). They are used to provide any helpful additional information (measurement scales, important calculations, etc.). If there is more than one appendix, they should be identified as A, B, etc. or else submitted as supplementary files.
Word Limits
A typical paper for this journal should be no more than 40 000 characters (including spaces), inclusive of the abstract, tables, references, figure captions, endnotes.
